When a student enrolls in one of our courses, a lot of preparation goes into ensuring that the right resources, instructors, and schedules are aligned to deliver the best possible experience. However, we do recognize that a student may need to cancel for genuine reasons. If a student wishes to withdraw before the course begins, they may request a refund. In such situations, the full course fee is returned with only a small deduction for administrative charges, which covers the processing and setup expenses that take place at the time of enrollment. This ensures that the student does not lose out financially if they are unable to start the program while also allowing us to manage the costs already incurred.
If the student decides to discontinue after the course has started, the refund will depend on how much of the program has been accessed. In the first few days, we allow partial refunds so that learners who realize the course does not match their needs are not unfairly bound. However, once significant content has been consumed or live classes attended, we cannot offer refunds because the learning resources and instructor time have already been allocated. In very rare cases, Language Exam Experts may need to cancel or postpone a course due to unavoidable reasons such as low enrollment, sudden unavailability of instructors, or technical difficulties. In such instances, we always prioritize the interest of our students. Whenever a cancellation is initiated from our side, the student is entitled to a full refund without any deductions. Alternatively, if the student wishes, they can transfer their enrollment to a future batch or an alternate course without incurring any additional charges. We make sure such changes are communicated in advance so that students are not inconvenienced.
Refunds, once approved, are processed through the same method used during payment. We generally take seven to ten business days to complete the transaction, although the time taken by banks or payment gateways to reflect the amount in a student’s account may vary. We encourage students to keep an eye on their bank or payment platform after they receive confirmation from us. If there are any delays beyond the usual timeline, our support team is always ready to step in and assist.
There are certain circumstances under which fees are considered non-refundable. These include administrative charges, membership or subscription costs for special resources, and personalized one-to-one sessions that have already been conducted. Discounts offered through promotional campaigns are also non-refundable, since they are tied to limited-time offers. If a student decides not to continue with the current batch but would like to resume at a later stage, we provide the option of transferring enrollment. Instead of requesting a refund, the student may move to a future batch of the same course, provided the request is made before the new batch commences. Our team acknowledges every request within twenty-four to forty-eight hours and guides the student through the next steps. This written process ensures that there is proper documentation and prevents any misunderstanding between the student and the institution.
