At Language Exam Experts, our services are digital in nature, and therefore our concept of “shipping” refers to the timely delivery of online access, course materials, and learning resources to our students. Unlike physical goods, our courses, study guides, and training sessions are delivered electronically through our website, emails, and secure platforms. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when students gain access to their courses, the timelines involved, and the process we follow to ensure smooth delivery of digital products and services.

Once a student successfully registers and completes the payment process for a selected course, the delivery of services begins almost instantly. Enrollment confirmation is sent via email to the registered email address, and within twenty-four hours, login details and access credentials are provided. This ensures that students can begin their preparation without unnecessary delays. In cases where live classes are scheduled, students will receive a detailed schedule along with links to access the sessions, either through Zoom or another secure video platform, well in advance of the start date.

For self-paced programs and recorded courses, access is typically provided immediately after payment confirmation. Students are redirected to a secure login portal where they can view study materials, recorded sessions, and practice exercises. Since these resources are digital, they are accessible from any device with an internet connection, making the delivery process seamless and convenient. To avoid interruptions, students should ensure that their email address and contact details entered at the time of registration are accurate, as all communications, updates, and access links are sent to the registered details.

In rare cases, there may be delays in providing access due to technical glitches, server downtime, or payment gateway verification issues. While such situations are beyond our direct control, our technical support team works quickly to resolve them. If you do not receive your course access credentials within twenty-four hours of payment, you are encouraged to contact our support team by email or phone. We are committed to addressing such issues promptly so that students can continue with their preparation without disruption.

For live training programs, “delivery” refers to the scheduling and hosting of online sessions. Students will be notified of their class timings through email, WhatsApp groups, or our internal learning management system. Instructors make every effort to begin sessions on time and ensure that all students are admitted to the virtual classroom. If a session is missed due to internet outages or technical problems on our side, we provide rescheduled classes or recorded versions of the session to ensure that no student is left behind. If the student misses a session due to personal reasons, recorded versions may be made available depending on the course type, but rescheduling is not guaranteed unless specifically included in the program.

All course materials, including vocabulary lists, practice dialogues, mock tests, and AI feedback tools, are provided digitally. Students may receive these as downloadable PDFs, online access links, or through our dedicated learning portal. No printed books or physical study packs are shipped unless clearly specified in a particular program. In the event that a course package includes printed material, shipping timelines and courier details will be shared separately, and delivery will be handled through reputable courier partners. Any physical shipping, where applicable, will be limited to addresses within India unless otherwise mentioned.

International students who register from outside India will receive all their resources online, just like local students. As our programs are globally accessible, we ensure that delivery of digital products does not depend on location. Students preparing for NAATI-CCL in Australia or other countries will have the same seamless access to materials and live classes as those located in India.

Since our delivery model is digital-first, it is the student’s responsibility to ensure that they have stable internet connectivity, updated software, and a functional device to access course content. Language Exam Experts cannot be held responsible for interruptions in access caused by weak connectivity, outdated browsers, or technical problems on the student’s personal devices. However, our support team is available to guide students on basic troubleshooting and recommend solutions to minimize disruption.

In cases where a student’s payment is successful but course access has not been delivered, we treat the matter as urgent and prioritize resolution. The student should immediately reach out to support@languageexamexperts.com with payment details such as transaction ID, date, and mode of payment. Once verified, our team provides access within the shortest possible time. This ensures that no student loses valuable preparation time due to administrative or technical issues.

Delivery timelines for special services, such as one-to-one mentoring sessions, mock test evaluations, or personalized feedback, may vary based on instructor availability. Typically, feedback reports are delivered within three to five business days after a student submits their test recording. If there are expected delays, students will be notified in advance, and revised timelines will be shared. Our aim is to keep every learner informed and updated so that expectations are clear at all times.

Language Exam Experts reserves the right to make adjustments to the mode of delivery in order to improve the learning experience. For example, if a class scheduled on one platform faces technical challenges, we may switch to another platform without prior notice. Similarly, if updated versions of study materials are released, students will receive access to the new materials digitally.

By enrolling in our programs, students acknowledge and accept that all services are primarily digital and that “shipping” refers to electronic delivery. Our responsibility is to ensure that course materials, live sessions, and digital resources are made available in a timely manner as per the course structure. Any concerns regarding delivery should be raised immediately with our support team so that corrective action can be taken without delay.
